SWIM AND FITNESS
Our facilities are state-of-the-art and include: 3 swimming pools, fitness center with cardio machines; including treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bikes, and elliptical machines. On-site Personal Training is offered by appointment with Brad Dailey or Stacie Sparks.  You may call the Front Desk for details.

Water Aerobics is a refreshing way to tone up your muscles in a gentle way! For a higher degree of resistance, you may purchase resistance equipment in our Pro-Shop. Classes offered during our regular season in our main pool Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9-10 a.m. Water Aerobics will be available again beginning in November.

YOGA: We offer Yoga during our regular season. Our experienced instructor, Virginia Williamson, can teach you to relax your mind and body.  Yoga will be offered again beginning in November.

8 CLAY TENNIS COURTS:  Our Tennis Professional, Jim Labinski, who is on-site during our regular season will return again in November.  Until then, you can enjoy the exclusive quality of our modern tennis courts, which are all clay. Two are lighted for night play.  

TENNIS PRO SHOP: Operated seasonally and serviced by our on site tennis pro, our Pro Shop offers a variety of apparel, sports equipment and beach amenities such as sunscreen, sunhats and beach towels. You can even get your racket re-strung at our Pro Shop located across from our tennis courts. The Pro Shop is closed for the season and will re-open again in November.

BICYCLING
Biking is an enjoyable way to see the island. For fun and exercise or a ride to town, rent one of our bikes, which are available half day, full day or weekly. A paved bike path follows the old seaboard coastline rail bed along the entire length of the island. See Front Desk for renting.

GOLF CART
If you don't feel up to biking, you can rent one of our golf carts and tour the island on four wheels. While you're exploring, be sure to visit our village for some great shopping.

BASKETBALL
You can sign out a basketball at our Front Desk to use at our court in the playground area.

KAYAKING
Borrow a kayak, available seasonally directly at our beach and enter the smooth blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless Internet Access is available in our Dunes Clubroom as well as at the Pro Shop & Fitness Center patio.

OUR DUNES CLUBROOM
Designed to make every meeting or banquet a special one, the Dunes Clubroom is also equipped with a library for your enjoyment where we offer a range of books on the honor system.

FISHING
Our waters teem with plentiful game fish including flounder, pompano, snook, grouper, redfish, mangrove snapper, spotted trout, sheepshead, bluefish, kingfish, mackerel, and of course, in the spring and summer, the mighty tarpon.

HERB GARDEN
We offer a variety of herbs which we grow on property for use by our Chef as well as all of our guests. You are welcome to snip fresh herbs such as basil, parsley and rosemary from our herb garden.
